Please bear with me, I'm an older, retired gentleman that has been using PCs for many years. Recently I had to get a new PC and you may ask 'Why?' Because my previous PC had Windows Vista on it and no one would support Vista anymore and my PC didn't have enough 'power' in it to install Windows 10. Well, my new PC came with Windows 10 and 'WOW!,' I felt like I was hit with a ton of bricks. With my ingenuity, I've been able to maneuver through Windows 10 it and eventually get things done, without instructions or a manual. (PCs and programs seem to get more complicated with every new one that I've purchased in the past.) I soon found out that my MS Office Professional 2000 would not work on Windows 10, (???) so I had to get a new MS Office. I was able to set up my e-mail using Windows 10 Mail and using my old e-mail address, (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) but I got hit again, Cox, after a while, shut off my e-mail address because I was using AT&T as my internet provider. So I decided to set up my e-mail using, I think, the Windows 10 Mail App. The problem is that when I'M ready to type a new letter in Windows 10 Mail the default font is 'Calibri' and size is '11,' I like to have my default font and size to be arial and 12. but I have to manually change the type and size manually every time I bring up 'New Mail.' What do I have to do to change the default font and size.? I've noticed in the Microsoft Community that this problem has been around since 2015 or early.
